San Lee Chew is a Partner and the Global Head of Client Services at Rystad Energy, leading an international team dedicated to helping clients maximize the value of their energy intelligence subscriptions. Under her leadership, the team collectively ensures Rystad Energy’s insights seamlessly integrate into clients’ analytical workflows, empowering them to make informed, strategic decisions relating to the ever-changing energy landscape.
Before joining Rystad Energy, San Lee served as an Industry Development Manager, advancing Singapore’s marine and offshore sector as part of the Ministry of Trade and Industry’s efforts to foster high-growth local enterprises. She later became a key member of Rystad Energy’s early expansion in APAC, laying the foundation for its regional growth. Now based at the company’s headquarters in Oslo, she draws on her deep expertise in client engagement to lead her team, optimize key processes, and drive scalable impact.
San Lee holds double First Class Honours degrees from the National University of Singapore - a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a minor in Engineering Entrepreneurship.
Outside of work, she cherishes time with family and friends, embraces the joys and challenges of parenting her two daughters, finds solace in music, and revels in nature’s beauty.
