Whitepaper: Europe Renewables & Power Trends Report (condensed version)
European power demand increased by 4.5% from September to October, adjusted for the number of days. Total power demand was also 2.4% higher than the same month last year, continuing the rising demand trend observed over the last few months. The biggest change on the supply side was a large drop in solar generation. Due to lower-than-normal wind generation for the season and the increase in demand, generation from all conventional sources saw a boost in October.
