Jon Ødegård Hansen
Vice President Global Energy Systems
Jon Ødegård Hansen is a Vice President in Rystad Energy's Global Energy Systems team, focusing on energy transitions and long-term energy modelling. He has more than 10 years of experience in energy markets research, policy design and energy diplomacy. Prior to joining Rystad Energy, Jon held various positions at the Norwegian Ministry of Petroleum and Energy, the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Washington DC, and the International Energy Agency (IEA). Jon holds an MSc in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Administration from the Norwegian Business School.
